projekt 0001-0004

The synthesizer I am using is a modular system designed by the renowned manufacturer nonlinearcircuits who are a household name in all analogue chaos circuits, randomness and noise. Happy to say, it's all diy by myself.

projekt0001  The first in a new series of recordings beginning mid November 2016, all very raw material. The patch is self-evolving i.e. it has several layers of randomness built in and changes slightly over time. I usually patch it all up and then record with no further changes. 2016, Nov 15

projekt0002 This recording is a good example how to use the resonator module it's 555 which is producing the melodies here. Self evolving patch also, but there will be way more radical examples later. This is almost musical due to the surprising melody generation (know your synth) but the modulated spring reverb comes to the rescue as counterbalance. 2016, Nov 18

projekt0003 is a rather disturbing patch. Much chaos and wild modulation yet still not dance music. Heavy use of chopper fed by circle jerk and other undisclosed sources. The composition receives a great part of its realism from a field recording that was added to the mix, after some minor editing. 2016, Nov 22

projekt0004 It started out to be a drone sound but ended up as a modulation exercise again. Comparably quiet and relaxing, but not therapeutic. 2016, Nov 22
