"Amnesia" is bout, well, ofc bout amnesia ('loss of memory'), relationship (wife and husband), hyperboles... eg. hes unfaithful, doin a lot of stupid things which usually fuck up a relationship etc., so he tryna compensate for his strange mishaps/bloopers by buyin her lots of roses, diamonds, clothes and so on. He just wanna make her forget lmao.
