This is one of my favourite soul bands: The Stylistics.

Here is a wonderful concert from Youtube: Virginia 2005 (with Spanish subtitles) - 57 minutes.

The Stylistics are a soul band from Philadelphia from the 70s. They came together in 1968.

The band members are: Russell Thompkins Jr. (singer-falsetto), Herb Murrell, Airrion Love, James Smith, and James Dunn.

"All of their US hits were ballads characterized by the falsetto of Russell Thompkins, Jr." (Wikipedia).

In the early 70s they had had 12 top ten hits:
Stop, Look, Listen, You Are Everything, Betcha by Golly, Wow, People Make the World Go Round, I'm Stone in Love with You, Break Up to Make Up, You Make Me Feel Brand New...
