It is a beautiful mushroom but it is poisonous.
Actually this mushroom is edible, i would not eat it tho, it is as you say poisonous, but they eat it in other countries.
The poison is water solvent and will go into the water when you boil it, you might have to boil it many times before all poison is gone.
