Just Be Patient When Practicing Yoga
It doesn't matter if you are practicing yoga and unable to do all of the poses. You do not have to expect improvements in your flexibility at once. Don't forget that it took a long time for your body to be stiff, so it will still take time for it to open up again. Remember that practicing yoga is not all about flexibility.
