A mural you really have to look at to try to decipher what the artist was trying to say. I feel the figure on the left is holding the cocoa fruit in such a reverent way ~ She knows it's sacred. While the bio-chemist ~ Just needs to analysis it ~ And as you say, most likely represents the entire chocolate/food industry. ♥︎♥︎⚖️♥︎♥︎

Nice! You are right, the lady seems to be symbolizing the age-old relationship between the plant and the people. It makes completely sense, and I guess I should have elaborated on it. But thanks to your comment, it's not necessary any more, as we are discussing it here.
