The worst district of Munich (or not?)
Today I want to show you one of the districts of Munich - Neuperlach. There concentrated most of the social housing in the city and as a consequence, a high concentration of people with low incomes. Many people call this area the worst in the city. Someone even name it Ghetto. I was interested to check is it true or not. Let's see together what I found there!
...but before, some historical information.
This area actively began to be built up in the 60s of the last century. This was the result of rapid population growth in Munich. The architecture is noticeably different from other areas of Munich. Here you can found largest number of high-rise buildings in the city in the urban style.
