The Mundane as Art Round Eight. Sand Patterns!

Hello Old Dog and Fellow Steemians! This is my entry for The Mundane as Art Round Eight - the theme is Sand Patterns! by @kus-knee!

This theme has me revisiting my travels to New Mexico... more specifically, White Sands National Monument. I've traveled there twice and look forward to going again. WSNM will forever be one of my favorite places on earth... the striking contrast in light and texture and temperature make it a fabulous adventure any time of year. I hope you enjoy the images posted here... they are a few of my favorites.
