"Would you say it is showing us that where our focus is, is what we will experience?
Or that we have already experienced all of this are wanting to correct extinction timelines.
I guess I am asking how does or can one use this information in their daily lifes?"

The short answer is that we are learning to experience "time" itself, in a new paradigm.
Everyday from here forward, we are growing that muscle of multi/inter-dimensional awareness, by using it more and more.
Sharing with each other helps in discerning that process.
