Rodlek PK.Saenchaimuaythaigym (Thailand)

For Thailand, Rodlek has put on some of the most spectacular Muay Thai fights known to the sport but because of how Thai fighters adopt names of sponsors and gyms, little is formally documented. He is mentally invincible and can take multiple elbows and punches per round without wavering. I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing but I've seen the brutality of his fights with my own eyes. Rodlek has a number of vertical elbow strikes that seem to be like the hammer of Thor, which is amazing considering the short distances he has to generate power from. Don't get me wrong, his horizontal elbows are at grandmaster level, but those vertical ones are magical.

Keys to Victory

Rodlek must use his kicks and mid-distance knee strikes to break down his opponent's body in the early rounds. A controlled ego will lessen the amount of head strikes absorbed. Although he can take plenty, he should try to use his clinching to land some of his most devastating blows. Those horizontal and vertical elbow strikes that we were just referring to. Since his opponent is quite taller than he is, he should avoid the head kick with ducks and blocks and catch the mid to low kicks and counter.

Andrew's tall frame allows him to teep (Thai push kick) extremely well while defending and his height allows him to land some stunning kicks. His punches have put a number of opponents down and his elbow strikes have gotten him into the victory circle more than once. He trains at a great gym so his Muay Thai fight knowledge is at the best as it can be, while on his warrior's journey.

Keys to Victory

Andrew must put together combos that will score points and earn respect from his opponent. He's never fought a Thai fighter like Rodlek, and must keep his mind in the fight. By mind in the fight, I mean be willing to trade elbows and power punches with his opponent, just for fun. Rodlek has that type of fight mentality and Andrew must match his opponent's competitive craziness to make it to the end of the fight.
