Instant speed for two Islands! Great protection in EDH for when you need to move it to a creature not equipped with the suit. Sure, one mana for sorcery speed is decent, but really its all about that instant speed for two.
I am running the Neurok Stealth Suit in my Pauper EDH deck commanded by Esper Battlemage.
