Celebrate the birth of Christ
As many communities, Christians and non believers alike, decorate their Christmas trees, as we light those evergreens in beauty and peace, we are giving testimony to the light of Jesus who came as The Light that overcame darkness for us.
Turning on those lights on our Christmas trees is a symbolic gesture, an act that glorifies our Lord and Saviour whose birth restored people's relationship with our Heavenly Father YHWH, the great I AM, the ALPHA and OMEGA, our Creator.
Psalms 27:1
(A Psalm of David.) The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?
Isaiah 60:1
Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the LORD is risen upon thee.

Today on God-Waves
We are reading about the foretelling of the coming of Jesus, the Old Testament prophecies that were written centuries before the birth of our Saviour, hidden in the OT from Genesis to Malachi.
