the help channel has many people watching it. we try to give a satisfying answer, but that does not always happen! but something you might have missed about the help channel is if you need information on something steemit related, such as passwords or curation or witnesses, our moderators have a lot of information they can send to you. all you need to do is ask.

I think you misunderstood the purpose of our chat channels. deep-end is to talk to others and introduce yourself. it is a great room to network for connections and to meet new friends.

also there are quite a few smaller channels that might be of interest to a smaller audience, such as art services, english assistance and music collaboration, or one of our country specific channels.
