In many cases, it is good to use popular tags that are well known. This is because such tags have been used over time and people can easily relate to it
In this post, you made I would use tags such as africa or wafrica, life, blog, movies, nigeria, black-panther. But in another sense, tags doesnt really determine who reads you blog, if you have consistently build a follower base.
