Star Wars: Han Solo Update!
Star Wars is by far the best movie series of all time. When Disney bought the rights to the franchise a few years back, new life was immediately breathed into the series.
The best character, Han Solo, originally played by Harrison Ford, is the focus of the current chapter being filmed right now. It is a prequel that will show how Han and fan favorite, Chewy, met. But today there was trouble in paradise as the films Directors, Phil Lord and Christopher Miller, are no longer working on the project. Here is the official statement:

I imagine there will be a lot of Star Wars movies that drift from the main-plot lines. The franchise is just too profitable to ever retire.
