This movie has an interesting premise from the start:  "A young couple adopt an orphaned child whose dreams - and nightmares - manifest physically as he sleeps. "  It sounds like some kind of weird spinoff to the "nightmare on elm st" series but it actually a very thought provoking horror movie because it deals with child psychology. The way the the greatest fear of the child in this movie is manifested is such an amazing interpretation to how a child really sees and understand tough things that he has gone through on his life. No horror movie will ever bring you to this ahaaa moment accompanied with tears like this one does by the the time you get to the final twist.
