If you feel the movie is not that great, you don’t hasitate to point it out. On the other hand when you write a review with high results, I’m really motivated to see it. Unfortunately “Mary and the Witch's Flower” isn’t one of the movie to watch.

...the time we're done being introduced to the main characters and setting, the movie is already half over.

At some point, it sounds painfull for movie being half over to get to know the main character.
