What do you think? Should DC's Poison Ivy have her own movie?
I've been scoping out upcoming DC films lately and was bummed to find out that Sirens may have gotten axed to pursue a Harley Quinn film instead. Anybody else still want a Gotham City Sirens or Poison Ivy movie?
DCEU 2025 Poison Ivy : The Cycle of Life and Death Movie
The idea of a Poison Ivy stand alone movie is both appealing and scary at the same time.
Appealing because if done well it would no doubt be very entertaining.
Scary, because as a father of a daughter named Ivy, the merchandising would cost me a bomb!
I completely agree! Especially if they go the direction where Poison Ivy has her own kids! 0.o so much room for a heartfelt comic-book feel but also so much room for messy film-composition :) If it does happen though, I wish your wallet good luck!
I honestly haven’t kept up on the DC film output at all! I plan on seeing Shazam! but that’ll be my first DC flick since the Nolan bat trilogy! So, I’m pretty ambivalent but kinda surprised it’d be an either/or choice between Sirens or Harley. There’s room for both!
