I recognize myself perfectly in this desire to abandon my current way of life, to get closer to nature I wish to develop a small activity permaculture (garden-orchard), where I will leave to obtain energy autonomy, with a house in earth. In parallel I will pursue a life-saving activity; a domain in accordance with my values.
I see what you mean, self-sustainability is amazing. I love the nature too; I have a small house that's away on a hill, I often like to stay there to clear my mind. Yours sounds like a goal worth pursuing, good luck. :)
