The sony X930e is the best value in the entire sony LED lineup if peak brightness is of most concern to your home theater. This tv is a complete light canon and will definitely do well in the brightest of living rooms or bed rooms in your house. It is edge lit LED which is not as ideal as direct backlight LED, but you will definitely be enjoying those bright HDR scenes with about 1500 nits slapping you in the eyeballs.

If you can afford to raise your budget, get the marginally better ZD9 from Sony.

If you need to spend a little less the Sony X900E is the 930's little brother.
