As Hal's perception takes root.
Farrelly Brothers walk a fine line,
Between humor and social design.
But in their quest to redefine,
They stumble, leaving some behind.
With good intentions, they aimed high,
But missed the mark, as some decry.
Shallow Hal may make you sigh,
As it struggles to fly.
A film of laughter, a film of pain,
Shallow Hal leaves a lasting stain.
A reminder of what we feign,
In a world where beauty's reign.
