Marvel Legends Give Best Look Yet At Ronin's Avengers: Endgame Costume
Hasbro has officially released details of their Avengers: Endgame tie-in merchandise - including the Marvel Legends model of Ronin. Avengers: Endgame is easily the most secretive film in the MCU to date, with Kevin Feige even teasing that the trailers only contain clips from the first 15-20 minutes of the film.
Even official tie-in merchandise has been held back for as long as possible. Hasbro only revealed half of their Avengers: Endgame Marvel Legends wave at the New York Toy Fair, focusing on models of Ebony Maw, Living Laser, Nighthawk, and Hercules. Details of the remaining figures have gradually been leaking online, but collectors have been eagerly awaiting confirmation from Hasbro.
Today, Hasbro has officially announced details of their full Avengers: Endgame tie-in. The first Marvel Legends Endgame wave features a build-a-figure of Thanos in his armor, and the following action figures. The Marvel Legends figure gives fans their best look yet at Hawkeye's new Ronin costume, while the Titan figure range includes the new War Machine armor.
Captain America (Avengers: Endgame Advanced Tech suit)
Ronin (Avengers: Endgame costume)
Ebony Maw (Avengers: Infinity War version)
Hercules (comic book version)
Citizen V (comic book version)
Living Laser (comic book version)
Nighthawk (comic book version)

The Ronin design is incredibly detailed, and appears to be an entirely new mold. The two bladed weapons can slot into their sheathes, while Ronin also comes with a throwing star effects piece. The hood can be removed, but unfortunately there's no unmasked Hawkeye alternate head. It's reasonable to assume that Hasbro will save that for a special edition, perhaps as part of their anniversary range. Meanwhile, the War Machine Titan hero gives insight into Rhodey's new armor. The shoulder weapon looks to be more advanced than anything War Machine has used before, while the bulky design has a lot of room for further offensive technology.
It's a little surprising to see so few figures from the movie as part of this wave, but that's presumably the result of Marvel's desire to keep as much as possible secret about Avengers: Endgame. Collectors won't mind, though, given there's been intense demand for a 6-inch model of the armored Thanos design since he appeared in the flashback scenes of Avengers: Infinity War. The build-a-figure also comes with Thanos' new signature weapon from Avengers: Endgame.
Hasbro also announced a line of six-inch action figures for children aged four years and up, all in the new Advanced Tech team uniforms. 12-inch Titan Heroes include Captain Marvel, Ronin, Black Panther, Iron Man, Black Widow, Captain America, and Thor. Thanos, War Machine, and Hulk. A Power FX Titan line include Black Panther, Captain Marvel, Captain America, Ant-Man, Iron Man, and Black Widow, all with rocket launchers.
