Hello! I hope everyone is enjoying this weekend. I am writing a blurb about an absolute classic. It is the one and only Pretty Woman. This is a movie that I feel everyone should watch in their lifetime as it is so entertaining.

The movie begins with a prostitute called Vivian,played by Julia Roberts, getting picked up in a lavish sports car by a charming silver fox called Edward, played by Richard Gear, who is an extremely wealthy businessman. He firstly asked her for directions which soon led to spending intimate time together. Edward is on a business trip in L.A. His job involves him both buying and selling companies. He is devoted to his job so he doesn't have the best dating history as his secretary has more involvement in his past relationships than himself.





Vivian believed her night would be like any other which always entails pleasuring her client to satisfy him in every way. However, Edward was different to her other clients from the very first encounter.


Edward treats her with respect and consideration which is unlike anyone she has ever met before. He quickly grows fond of her personality and quirks and hires her for the weekend so she can attend business social events with him. Even though, it might affect his reputation if her occupation is exposed to his colleagues.





She gives her a huge amount of money to pay for her wardrobe for the weekend. The first boutique had a very judgemental reaction to her current outfit and suggested that their clothes were out of her price range presuming that she had a small budget. She returns to the hotel. They assist her so that she could buy a suitable outfit for the important business event that evening.





Edward hears the treatment she received from the boutique and decided that she should be given the royal carpet treatment with her enormous budget, just how she imagined it would be. She bought all the clothes that were essential this weekend and ended up feeling like royalty. She made it known to the rude workers in the boutique that their judgement was massively flawed and they ended up missing out on huge sales.





They begin to grow closer and starts to develop a strong bond so great that both of them unknowingly were falling deeply in love with each other. They are polar opposites to say the least but still have a great admiration for the other. It is essentially a modern day Cinderella with plenty of complications along the way.





Will they be together despite the things they've done in the past or are they too different that they realistically won't be able to become life long loving partners to each other?
