Transformers: The Last Knight is a 2017 American science fiction action film based on the toy line of Transformers made by Hasbro. This is the fifth installment of the Transformers live-action film series, the second movie in the sequel trilogy and the sequel Transformers 2014: Age of Extinction. Like his predecessor, the film was directed by Michael Bay, featuring Mark Wahlberg returning from the Age of Extinction, along with Josh Duhamel, John Turturro, and Glenn Morshower. All repeated their roles from the first three films, with Laura Haddock and Anthony Hopkins joining the cast. Bay has stated that he will not be back for another sequel, even though he will be a producer.
