My 5 Personal Reasons Why You Should Watch Game of Thrones

Hello Steemians! So I had been hooked with Game of Thrones these past weeks. And now, I want to share the good news why you should not hesitate to watch it and maybe, just maybe, you’ll thank me for this.

1. It shows how the Political World is such a “nasty place”.
As an incoming political science student, I was really looking for things that will draw me an inspiration on how to stand my feet on government and in political arena and Game of Thrones didn’t fail me.

In the Tv series, you can witness how people can do anything for the throne. Sons killing their father, friends betray friends, brothers and sisters in a sexual relationship and many more relationships that you would never anticipate just for power and authority.

2.The actors are just perfect for their character.

I never would have imagined myself saying that I just saw a perfect blending of actors and actresses in a movie or series. If you’ll really hold on tight, the stories will evolve and evolve so does the characters and it’ll make you fall in love and hate them in different episodes and seasons!

It is also a fact that the leading characters were auditioned for their role except for Peter Dinklage ( Tyrion Lannister) and Sean Bean ( Ned Strark).

3.The Setting, Cinematography and Editing are ashtonishing.
From flying dragons to kingdoms and places that are too unreal will be real in every episode.

You’ll want to go to places after every episodes and I just can’t fathom how it was well-written, directed and produced by people behind the scenes! It just shows how HBO really didn’t sacrifice the quality of the series for the audiences to watch!

4.Age will never be an issue in the series.
Ageism is one of the social injustices most of the societies but never in the series of Game of Thrones. You can be a king even if you are an infant as long as you are the rightful heir. Shown in the series, An old man can still fight in defense for her queen, a noblemen can make dreadful mistakes, a young boy can do unexpected things and young girls can lead and can take up a sword to defend herself.

5.Almost everyone is watching it.
Yes, and If you want to not miss at anything and can create a good topic to be warm with people and ask their opinion about it, I guess Got will be the perfect one!
