Take my opinon with a grain of salt,I think it's overhyped but I understand, it's the first Hollywood movie with all Asian cast. Though on the other note, when it's being played in Asia, it's less relatable, as your wife said, it has slightly too American element. For me, the plus point, it shows the world, Asia is not all about bush and we have amazing sky scrapper 😂
Overhyped is right. She also commented that the beginning segments felt like a tourism commercial. And you know what? It worked. I want to go there haha.
