¡Huye! es un thriller de terror dirigido por Jordan Peele que aborda los temas oportunos relacionados con la raza de una manera muy reflexiva. En muchos sentidos es una película esencial de su momento, pero todavía tiene un montón de material maduro, lo que es mejor para los adolescentes mayores y para arriba. La violencia no es constante, pero es realmente brutal cuando ocurre, con la lucha, golpeando con objetos contundentes, pateando, apuñalando, disparando, y mucha sangre. También hay una escena cirugía sangrienta y un ciervo que es golpeado por un coche y se muestra herido y sangrado. El lenguaje es fuerte, con muchos usos de "joder", "hijo de puta", "mierda", y la palabra "N", así como algunas conversaciones sexuales muy vívidas. También hay besos, y los personajes beben en situaciones sociales; personajes menores se muestran borrachos, y se cuenta una historia acerca de beber a los adolescentes. Un personaje importante está tratando de dejar de fumar, aunque nunca lo vio en el acto.
La película es dirigida y escrita por Jordan Peele, en su debut como director de un largometraje.
SINOPSIS
Chris (Daniel Kaluuya) es un joven afroamericano que visita la finca de la familia de su novia blanca, Rose (Allison Williams). Una vez allí, Rose le invita a realizar una escapada de fin de semana al norte junto a sus padres, Missy y Dean. Al principio, Chris se sorprende del gran carácter servicial de sus suegros, pero a medida que avanza el fin de semana, una serie de inquietantes descubrimientos le llevan a conocer una realidad que nunca habría imaginado.
