I Know We're All Bored, Let Me Give You Some Netflix Recommendations!!!

in #movie2 months ago

I know that we're bored as heck these days right?
So, like me, most of people must be became closer with Netflix.
For this post, i think i wanna make a recommendation of some tv series that we can find on Netflix.

And for the first post about tv series recommendation, the genre that i choose are Crime.
Im a s u c k e r for crime.
There're 2 type of tv series that i will religiously watch, crime and medical.
I dont even know why, I've been like this since young.

They have a lot of crime tv series.
And sadly so many good series, we cant find anymore, like CSI, Law and Order, Bones, etc etc.
But, we're not gonna talk about them today.

Im thinking of korean tv series a.k.a k-drama.
K-drama, surprisingly, have a lot of good crime theme tv series.

1. Voice

Synopsis: Moo Jin-hyuk (Jang Hyuk) is a "mad dog" detective who becomes guilt-ridden after his wife was murdered while he was at work. Kang Kwon-joo (Lee Ha-na) is a tough policewoman who is gifted with perfect psycho-acoustics skills and went for voice profiling. She was working at the call center when a brutal murder case took place and in the process of investigating her father was killed. Three years later, Jin-hyuk and Kwon-joo team up as the "Golden Time team" and solve cases together, chasing after the serial killer who took their loved ones.

The serial killer was so twisted that you will feel so excited watching them. Trust me, you will hate him to death but somehow love him too. Kim Jae Wook who played as Mo Tae Gu (the serial killer) just so awesome. It will leave you wonder just how come he played the character so well.
For people that really watch this series, they will notice this one thing too.
It seems like that Taegu, somehow, obsessed with Hana because of her hearing skill. He's like a kid that getting his first toy appear.
Anyway, you might feel weird that i keep talking about the villain.
But, if you watch the series you will understand what i mean.
He, a villain, left the biggest impressions for the whole series.
Let me remind you, this whole series talking about how they want to catch her, so don't be too surprised about it.

2. Signal

Synopsis:
A mysterious walkie talkie allows a detective in the year 1986 to communicate with a cold case profiler from 2015; with the power of fore and hindsight the two not only solve crimes but prevent them from ever taking place.

A criminal profiler Park Hae Young (Lee Je-hoon), solves a kidnapping case that ended up with a falsely accused who apparently disappeared after the crime, with a mysterious walkie-talkie he picks up. The success of this case triggers the formation of a long-term cold case team, led by Detective Cha Soo-Hyun (Kim Hye-soo), who has been searching her long-lost mentor Lee Jae-Han (Cho Jin-woong), for the past 15 years. With the help of Detective Lee Jae-Han, the person at the other end of the walkie-talkie, Park Hae-young solves many other cold cases that have remained unsolved for years, while helping Lee Jae-Han help solve some cases in the past. However, grave unintended sequences follow. Within the limited capabilities of the supernatural element, the three detectives put up a fight against time to solve crimes and save themselves from the unprecedented events that occur due to their actions.

This one a little bit more fictional than Voice. But, now that i think about it, both of the main lead are profiler. So, they're pretty similar.
This series is so interesting because not only about crime, its about "changing the future" too. So, whatever they change in the past, it will affect the future too.
This is a drama that people anticipated for their 2nd season but we never get.
Unlike voice that already have 3 season.
