Leap! or "Ballerina" as it is also known is a European animated film released in 2016, for the United States its premiere was last August, is set in the Europe of 1879 with the Eiffel Tower still under construction.

It is the story of Felicia (voice of Elle Fanning) and Victor (voice of Dane DeHaan) best friends orphans living in a Brittany orphanage, Felicia treasures as the only memory of her a music box with a rotating ballerina, which inspires you to dream of being a ballet dancer. Victor has a special skill to repair things and dreams of being an inventor, together they escape to Paris to fulfill their goals.

When they get to Paris they separate, Victor luckily gets work in Gustave Eiffel's workshop and without knowing it is in the construction project of the Eiffel Tower, Felicia arrives at the Paris Opera, where for the first time can see dancers on stage , for her every leap, every turn is like living in a dream. When discovered, she is thrown out of the opera, gets a job helping a concierge, while looking for a way to return to the stage.

<pThere she will impersonate another person to gain entrance as a pupil of the Ballet School of the Opera, without having danced before, she has to fight to stand out among all the other dancers to obtain the main role in the "Nutcracker".
