Jungle 2017 is a movie inspired by true story. The story began when Yossi Ghinsberg left Israel in 1980 after serving 3 years in army. H was desperate to escape the well-worn path. High school, university, work marriage, kids were not his life. He wanted to be different, to experience the extraordinary and to enter the unknown discover lost tribes the hidden treasure, the darkest heart of the jungle which of course is why he ended up in Bolivia, South America.

There is where terrible thing happened. Yossi, Kevin, Marcus and Karl decided to enter into Amazon jungle to discover Indiana people out there. While on their way into the jungle Marcus and Karl decide to go back to La Paz after the feet of Marcus get injured during the journey. However, Yossi and Kevin decided to keep going into deeper jungle. But, the raft Yossi and Kevin use to get hit by a big rock which makes it demages and separates them. Kevin is found by a citizen from the nearest village while Yossi lost his way on the heart of the jungle. He was starving and no way home.

Kevin tried to look for Yossi with a its village’s citizen. Unfortunately, he doesn’t find Yossi. But, he doesn’t give up on looking for his friend until he found him finally.

Yossi and Kevin finally made it back to La Paz expecting to find Marcus and Karl. But, they had never arrived. Kevin searched for them for weeks without finding a trace. They were never seen again. It was later discovered that Karl was wanted by authorities and had taken travelers on treks before. And there was no lost tribe if Indiana as Karl was claimed. To this day, no one knows why he chose Yossi. Or why he took them into the jungle.
