Looking across the lake at the Canadian Rockies.
Taken from Jasper Park Lodge in Alberta Canada.
They have a zamboni that makes a trail along the lake
for skating, was a bit too warm when we were there though.
I like the frozen lake look. We have pictures of our shadows on one of our frozen lakes. One day we hope to take our time and do a slow slow drive through Jasper Park and Banff. Not during peak tourist time either. Maybe get real lucky and do a late September slow cruise before it snows.
That would be an excellent drive.
Good idea, avoid July Aug, late Sept would be good!!
Its really nice place for skating.
It is, but too warm when we were there. The ice was too thin....
