Motor Trail Training

Hello,
Every afternoon and Sunday are perfect. I am with a friend from BIROAD team always practicing dirt bike. I loaded my motorcycle and moved to the track. Every day I practice on the track. After a few weeks I will take part in an adventure event that is not long held, so I need physical exercise.
