Malcolm Stewart or Mookie as some people know him initially signed with the JGR Autotrader Yoshimura Suzuki Factory Team on a two race deal as a stand in rider for Justin Bogle. I can't believe how fast that was soaked up... It's technically over but the hints are out now that he will continue for at least one more race.

"With more time on the Suzuki RM-Z450, the team feels Stewart will be able to make a stronger performance."

Stewart has not confirmed whether or not he would continue or return to a privateer Kawasaki after the two race deal was done but he drops further hints here.

So it seems for now at least that he has a hold on the stand in ride with JGR which is great news for Stewart fans. Although nothing further to the above quotes has been quoted officially i think its a safe bet we will not only see him this weekend but for a few more to come.

Stewart is currently sitting in fifteenth in the 450 SX Class after picking up eleventh at the two events. Not bad for a stand in rider who has jumped on a new bike.
