In what now seems to be a yearly pre Supercross update, KTM USA held a press conference in California yesterday to unveil the new KTM 450 SX-F Factory Edition. What is different this year is that there only seems to be a 450 in the FE lineup... perhaps the 250 will come later on? The Red Bull KTM and Troy Lee Designs KTM riders then took to the all new test track, located next to the factory race shop, much to the delight of the people attending.

The Factory Edition's are always the hot ticket sales wise and are only produced in limited numbers. I myself ride a Cairoli Factory Edition and it is 1 of only 150 made. The Factory Edition features a range of SXS parts and are also a sneak preview of the next years models. New suspension settings and triple clamp design are one such addition. The bike also has new bodywork, chassis, an even more compact cylinder head which gives the 450 even more power! You also get custom Red Bull graphics, which are not available to buy elsewhere, along with the signature orange triple clamps, factory clutch cover, DID black rims, factory gripper seat and front disc cover.

Maybe i need to upgrade my bike for next season... tempting :)
