Factory Steemit Sponsor the Compass Cup! Small Wheel - 85cc results and pics
Things start to get real in this group!
Its a huge step up in power and size for these bikes. That is why the 85cc group is split into small and big wheels.
This gives the kids time to grow and adapt naturally to the size and power.
Although its known as the 85cc class this is only for 2 strokes. In recent times the class has been opened up to allow 4 strokes, this means there are now 150cc 4 stroke bikes racing this class now.
150cc 4 stroke is equal-ish horse power to a 85cc 2 stroke. They are alot heavier though and have alot more torq. This means that some of the kids are more comforatble on the lighter more agile 2 strokes still.
So enough babble from me! Now on to the results :)
A massive well done to Boston Gilbert for getting 15th. He is actually racing small wheel a year early!!! wow! He dominated the junior class so decided to take the step up a year early and got 15th in this class! That is very impressive im sure you will agree. He is a future star thats for sure.
Boston Gilbert reppin the #steemit sponsored kit :)
