The difference between humans and animals is that we have WILL POWER.

WILL POWER is subject to change - the more you use it the stronger it will get.

You also need a STRATEGY or a SYSTEM that will make your job easier - Motivation is a limited resource. Yes, discipline can surpass motivation, yet there will be a lot of pain, up to the point where things become less enjoyable.

Let's not forget that life's a game. Treat it likewise, play around, have fun, cry, laugh, love, hate...every experience is precious.
