In today's world, almost everyone uses social media on a daily basis. However, the growing amount of time spent on social media, particularly for extended periods, raises questions about its psychological implications. Utilising social media in a healthy way can reduce its negative effects and boost its positive ones.

It is possible to limit how much time is spent on social media. For this reason, social media usage might be restricted for a while. Using social media only during specific hours of the day while concentrating on other activities the rest of the time.
