I have realised this in my life. Yesterday I hit a note operah singing which I didn't know I could. Just using the breath!! Deep breathing. I also hit the weight for my jits comp and never dreamed of doing so! I started with just permanently releasing energy and it built belief and continuously does so. Life is awesome when we give it a real go 🙂🙂
