Putting your Mental Capacity into Work is an Important fact in going Extra Mile

The Basics of it

Becoming and being successful in life takes a strong got
and going extra miles. The difference between two
individuals is how actively they engage there mental
capacity into work more or less called using number six.
Ability to be proactive, observant and always willing to
do more even thinking more and going beyond duty
makes your mental ability. Let me site this with this
scenario of two graduates named Mark and Silver who
gained a employment in an establishment.

A conceptual view

They worked for some years and Mark
was given a promotion to a Senior Sales Manager while
Silver was still in his earlier position of a Junior Sales
Officer.
With time as they continued on their job, Silver
developed some sense of jealousy and some
temperaments but continued with his job anyway.
The jealousy grew until one day, Silver decided that he
can no longer work with Mark ready to place
his resignation letter.
Although before trying to place the letter, he has already
been complaining that the film and its managers were
not fear and does not appreciate hard work. With this, the
managers called him and decided to give him a test
before he will take his final decision.
The reason of this is that they wanted him (Silver) to realize
that Mark hard worked harder than him and therefore
deserves the promotion. The board of managers called
him(Silver) and said "Go and find out if there is any one
selling Orange in town". He left and came back in few hours’
time. He said " Sir, there is someone". Then asked him how
much a bag is sold. Silver left again to town to inquire how
much per bag. After a while, he came back and said a bag is
sold for #10000.
Then one among the manager called on Mark and gave him
same test in Silvers presence. Mark left and came back in few
hours and said, Sir, Their is only one person selling Orange in
the town and he sells them for #25,000 for a Full bag while for
half bag is #10,000 excluding transportation but with
transportation, he sells for #11,000.
He has in his stock 100 bags and if we are purchasing more
than a bag, he gives for #10,000 including transport. He has
an Orange farm which he can supply us for the next five
months and at the rate of #9000 per bag daily for the next
five months and this includes delivery.

The Oranges appears very fresh and nice and taste better than
the one we sold last year. We need to strike a deal with him
12 noon tomorrow and by this we will be sure that this years sales
will be better than last year with a profit of #10,000000. All this i
have documented and if you need it i can forward it to you.

At this, Silver was very impressed and realized his mistakes and
the difference between him and Mark and decided not to resign
again rather follow the works of Mark to learn.

Don't be envious of another and always strive for the best rather
than criticizes others and chastise them. Be a man with zeal and
try to learn and work with others. Silver this day understood the
difference between him and Mark and the most part i like was
that he changed and decided to learn from Mark.
