What if you find that there is too much to deal with? Are you a person that has a hard time stopping to think? Are you running out of time?


You need to deal with more tasks than you have time to complete, and you’re feeling overwhelmed.

You feel like your life is out of control, and there is so much to be done.

You have too many things to do, and you don’t know where to start.

It seems like there is never enough time in a day. You feel stressed, anxious, and frustrated.

You may even be depressed or thinking of killing yourself.

Have you ever felt like this? Do you feel like you’re not accomplishing anything?

There is no solution here. This is the problem. There is too much to do.

You need to find a solution.

Start by taking some deep breaths, and think about all the things that need to be done today, tomorrow, next week, next month, and next year.

Imagine that there is only one hour in every day.

There is not going to be time to do everything you want to do. You are bound to fail, no matter how hard you try.

When is the last time you accomplished everything you wanted to do? Have you ever succeeded at it?

Did you have to work really hard at it? Did you make mistakes along the way?

If your answer is yes, then you can understand how hard it is to do anything without making mistakes.

To avoid making mistakes, you need to slow down. You need to make choices that will allow you to focus, and not waste your time.

It’s hard to do that when you have too much to do, but here is what you can do:

Find a list with priorities.

Don’t let yourself become overwhelmed and think that everything has to be done immediately. Create a priority list.

The priority list will help you decide which tasks should be done first, second, third, etc. If you are having trouble deciding, try asking your friends or family. They may be able to tell you what to do.

Create a schedule.

Make sure that you are getting adequate sleep each night. Make sure that you wake up in the morning feeling refreshed and energized.

When you wake up in the morning, write down what you plan to accomplish that day. It doesn’t have to be complex, just write down something.

When the day is over, review your list. Did you accomplish everything that you wanted to do?

If not, then you have to make some adjustments.

You cannot just sit around and wait for things to happen. The reason why you feel overwhelmed is because you are not doing anything. You need to get moving.

Think about what can be delegated.

Delegating work will give you more time. You will have more time to spend with your friends and family.
