I am sharing something interesting , that will help you transform your life and get you out of habit patterns. The present generation is one of the most complicated in the history of humanity because of the rapid advancements in various fields of scientific progress. We have jumped into a world which has completely got us disconnected from nature.

We willing to fight and struggle desperately to acheive freedom. Freedom fighters, leaaders and politicians has acheived considerable degree of it but only to the level of physical freedom. We have been conditioned by the soceity about materialsm and the love for it has grown so much that it has given birth to many negative feelings in our minds. We live in constant ego, jealousy and anxiety. Many live a disturbed and some live very disturbed lives.

It is possible to live freely from all these bondages by practising breating. Everytime you find yourself in a situtaion which makes you feel like you have lost control of your true self you just need to close your eyes and breathe as slowly as you can hold you breath for 6 seconds and breath out slowly again. Do this quick exercise 10 times you will be relaxed and free.
