With a dose of passion
Do it with passion or not at all
For one to be able to achieve career success and move up the ladder, there's a need to be passionate about your work or business.

Being passionate isnt level sensitive, some people feel that it's only when they are at top levels in their organizations or businesses but that ideology is very wrong.
No matter what your duty or responsibility is, you need to be passionate about it.
For instance, If you are a customer care representative in an organization and your duty is to receive phonecalls and attend to customer's complaints, such duty has a ripple effect on the reputation of your organization depending how you handle your duty well.
If you're passionate about your duty, attending to customers well, you are adding value to your organization as well as opening up opportunities for more responsibilities to be handed down to you but if you feel your duty is seemingly irrelevant and since you're not the boss, there's no need for you to be passionate or go the extra mile to get things done, you'll remain at the level where you are.
Being passionate Also opens your mind to ideas because you are always looking for avenues to improve productivity and make things better.
Love what you do and do it passionately
There's isn't much difference between a job undone and a job done without passion. The outcome is always almost the same.
Do it with passion or not at all.
