It started with a phone call that morning after going weary with a fake smile for days with the attitude of all is well.

Few days ago in Neoxian City built on discord I woke up to the sound of a cock crows. On this day I received a phone call coming from my uncle; after exchanging pleasantries, we solely conversed about my academic welfare which ended with some words of motivation.

I shared the tip of those uplifting words with my fellow citizens present at the city on discord that day.

One thing I love about my mum's brother is the way he encourages who ever he speaks to, he clones problematic situation in an abstract way; in this context Abstract could simply be put as something that's not real but existing. The wonderful gift of my uncle is his ability to speak like an oracle in some conversation which makes him special.

That morning the end note of his words goes thus;

“I hope you are rugged with your studies? we all know within the family, financial incapacitation is the only issue hindering your acdamic flow. concerning you C.G.P.A (cumulative grade point average) make sure you build that thing, don't let it drop.
We have lots of second class graduates but few first class scholars out there. It doesn't matter what you study, you could work anywhere in the world. why? Companies out there nowadays pay for your brain not your paper therefore work hard my son.”

It felt like some mysterious revival fell on my academic zeal crumbling from unseriousness and lack of focus agitated by financial pressures. That morning was extraordinary as it made me affirm truly; words carry power.

This are trying times in my family. After my elementary school studies I have been the only one shouldering my university burdens though the support I receive are God sent, random people contribute to my course - I spite my parents difficulty in taking responsibility for me but it's not their fault as they didn't wish for any of my unaided needs. Life moves on, along the line I found steemit, which took care of my second year tuition fee from my post earnings; all thanks to some big curators and especially @yoo1900 $62 vote on my anatomy of a whale post.

This drew the interest of my friends regarding steem blockchain leading them to Join the platform. The news of steemit been fundamental to my tuition fee payment shocked them.
My interest in cryptocurrency was acidify with airdrop testimonies I heard from my new friends I later met online. In case you don't know I'm very much obsessed with airdrops.
