Today, I will be sharing with you some of the useful hints I have practiced and have worked to a great extent.
Just as a battery that runs flat, sometimes, we all run out of ideas. This is a bit bad if we have a deadline to meet up with, or perhaps, we have limited time to write. At that moment, we wish we were a cell phone which can be plug to a USB into the side of our heads, so ideas can flow in.
Below are some ways to recharge;
Take a walk. Allow your mind to ramble
Take a cup of tea. Based on my findings, L-theanine helps your brain
Take a nap (not more than 25 minutes)
Meditate and relax completely for few minutes
Get yourself laughing. Do something different like juggling.
Jot down a list of things related to your topic.
Exercise a little. This will give you energy. Not the exhausting type of exercise
