The Life Coach

As a life coach, I am pretty used to attempting to guide people towards a better way of living where they are actively doing something that they want to do. All too often, we are effectively forced into things that just work directly against our own dreams and wishes, and yet we carry on regardless.

But then, why do we do that? Why do we have a tendency to battle against that which we hate or abhor?

The reason, at least a reasonable percentage of the time, is fear. The fear of the unknown or the security that we have even in our current predicament or situation can effectively guide us away from making those changes that we know deep down are really necessary.

However, in my time within this industry, I have seen remarkable changes from individuals that previously felt that it was completely impossible. They were able to take that all important first step even though their hand was being held, and when they then saw they had a wonderful opportunity before them, boy did they run with it.

So, this is what my blog is all about. It's all about passing on those snippets of information and tips that I hope you are going to be able to put into action in your own life and make those changes, no matter how big or small, and improve your own life.

My posts are going to cover different facets of life as we can all do with some guidance no matter what it is. That means I will be looking at work, your love life, friends, anything you can imagine. I will seek to motivate you and provide you with that proverbial hand to help you along your way. I'm not saying that it is going to be easy, far from it, but then change for the better is never easy.

Look at this as a journey both with the blog and with your own self. Look at it as something that we can all work on together, and you will be amazed at what then becomes possible.
