Words, The Most Powerful Tool Used By Mankind - Taste Them Before You Spit Them Out
With your words, you wield the power to plant seeds of adoration or hatred, esteem or total disregard, motivation or total discouragement in another's mind, and in the process you reveal your candid thoughts and beliefs. People's attitude towards you are hence based on this - YOUR WORDS.
Words are powerful. They can't be understood at a shot, circumstances help us in reasoning with them. They have the ability to make you a respected figure; or one no one has regard for, successful or unsuccessful, motivated or discouraged. Your words have the power to reveal the level of value, brilliance and wisdom within you.
It is of utmost importance to have a good relationship with the people surrounding your life. Be it those that are above you (in power, position or any way) and most especially, those that hold you in high esteem; this good relationship needs to be extended to those you come across offline and online, on social media especially here on Steemit, be it whales or minnows. Choose your words with them wisely, because your words expose the number one ingredient to success: attitude.
In a (business) community, a positive collaborative mindset with good words can bring one of these to you: landing a job or missing out on one, winning hearts or chasing away uncountable opportunities, getting you some commitments or loosing trusts.
Action they say is speaks louder than voice, however, words and thoughts are the seed of those actions.

So when someone comes to you for advice, be careful on the words you speak to him, for your words will determine the the decision he makes and you're responsible for the outcome. Choose your words wisely and carefully. The tongue is stronger than it looks.
