Chronically unhappy people are as toxic as plague.

We all have difficult days, but chronic misery is poisonous. Not only for those who surround you, but also personally for you especially. No one wants to live a miserable life, so why not change? Especially since it is possible and depends on you.

So what makes a misfortune? Your beliefs, attitudes, behavior, and how you look at the world. Of course, we all have moments of misery, but there are certain traits and habits that chronically miserable people have.

How to find out among our surroundings?

They live a pessimistic life. Unhappy people consider their glass half empty, and not half full. Everything they do and everything they say is usually a solid negative. They are not looking for bright moments and not from those who laugh at their mistakes.

They are subjective. Those who are unhappy, judge other people and treat themselves unreservedly. If they are wrong, they beat themselves in and do not accept the fact that everyone has flaws and it is common for people to be mistaken.

They are constantly worried. People who are dissatisfied always assume that something bad will happen to them. They live in constant anxiety and fear.

They avoid what scares them. Anything that is difficult or beyond the zone of their comfort, they will be avoided at all costs. Unhappy people can not risk.

They are always dissatisfied. Forgiveness and forgetting are not words that are commonly used in their vocabulary.

Their conversations are gossip and complaints. Life difficulties are their main topic of conversation. They gossip about other people and feel better.

They believe that most people can not be trusted. They are sure of that. This behavior limits the possibilities for new friends to appear.

They try to control every moment of their lives and go into hysterics if something changes.
Constantly comparing himself to others, they are sure that there is not enough kindness in the world. This leads to offense at all. Instead of praising other people for their unique talents, they look at them with envy.

When a person is unhappy, he will constantly complain that life is difficult, and the universe hates them. The poor are inclined to consider themselves victims of life. They always complain about difficult situations, not the search for a solution.

If you are worried about chronically unfortunate people, this is not a verdict and a stigma for life. You can change. Need only your desire.
