They spend too much time in schooling, academics and tertiary institutions, and what they have learnt in school, is to ensure that they WORK FOR WAGES and not to allow MONEY WORK FOR THEM.

I emplore you to THINK INVESTMENT and stop fighting over increments of salaries, because definitely it won't be enough to satisfy your insatiable desires....

Listen to a Kenyan Professor to freshmen and women during their orientation:

"Academic excellence is simply overrated!
Being top of your class and leading academian does not necessarily guarantee that you will be at the highest height in life.

You could graduate as the best student in Accounting but it really prove that you will become a billionaire, or you will make much money than everyone else in your class.

The best graduating Law student does not necessarily turn out to be the best Judges.

The truth remains,

life requires more than the ability to understand a concept, memorise/cram it and reproduce it in an examination hall.

The schooling system hails students for their memory/retentive abilities
Life rewards people for their imagination and creativity.
The system recognizes caution and fear, life recognizes daring and courage
They reward those who live by the rules whereas Life exalts those who not just break the rules but go ahead and set new rules themselves .

I am not trying to say that students should not study hard in school,definitely you should strive for greatness. What am trying to elaborate is that one should not sacrifice every other important things in their life on the altar of Excellent results.

Don't limit yourself to the classroom,it's too small for you.

Do something practical.

Go for a leadership position.

Start a New business,fail and try again.

start a club or join one,

Contest for an elective position, lose And go again.

Attend Many seminar on diverse topics,

Meet people and Build relationships

Read Books that are unrelated to your course Of study.

Go out on Evangelistic missions and win a soul or two ...

Do something..

Do something...

Do something you Can believe in!..

 Have less thought  of becoming a First Class  student but think more of becoming a first class personality. 

Make the world your Runway, walk In it like you own it! .
