We all have a particular or specific flair, interest, skill or responsibility. These things define what we embark on in our lives. Without them, we probably just spectators. Whatever we find our hands to do, we need to do it with all our hearts. That's basically what commitment means, giving your all to the success of your endeavors.
A few years ago, I had my first child and many things changed for me. Before then I had been a photographer, cinematographer, video editor and animator but at this point I had to pause all these to give full attention to the baby. At some point I was scared if I would ever get back to my work. To cut the long story short, I eventually got back to filmmaking after a long while. Commitment brought me back.
To make it in life, we must be unrelentingly committed. Our passion must be active and we've got to be true to ourselves. The dream we have is a really big deal and we should never take it our granted. Challenges will show up and any form of mediocrity is failure in the making. The choice to succeed is ours to make. Let's be deeply committed to all our tasks today.
