Hello Monday: Questions for the new week --- Contributed by @fejiro
Hey there, it is another lovely Monday morning. The first working day of the week. To me, I think Mondays should be started with stating your goals. This is one habit that would keep you going all week and give you a goal-oriented life.

Guess what one of the most important attributes of a successful person is? They are always goal-oriented!
The best way to being goal-oriented is writing down your goals. These goals can be in the form of questions (Hence, the topic: Questions for Monday!), r they could just be thought-out goals and plans. The answers to these questions would also have to be clearly stated.
So here are some questions you should ask yourself this fine Monday morning:
#1 What did I achieve last week?
Before moving on to a new goal for the week, it is important to first take a little progress report. Think back to the previous week, and take note of all you accomplished and the ones you might have left uncompleted. Did you make any progress? Did you learn anything new? Did you read a new book? Did you meet someone new? Were you able to complete your laundry last weekend?
No part of your life is actually unimportant when thinking about your accomplishments. It could be personal goals, professional goals or even mental goals. Doing this gives you an idea of what is left to be accomplished and serves as a guide to forming new goals.
#2 What am I achieving this week?
Now that you have established what you were able to achieve last week, it is time for the new week. What would you do this new week? Do you have job applications to fill? Would you want to invest in a new cryptocurrency, fill airdrop forms, make seven posts on Steemit, complete an assignment, finish a new task, change the arrangement of your sitting room or wash those drapes? Would you want to start a new diet, learn a new skill, knit a scarf, call grandma or do some gardening? The items you list here should include every aspect of your life so you won't fall short of making progress in every area.
#3 What books am I reading this week?

Readers are leaders
The importance of this cannot be over-emphasized. This is why it is not an option, but a necessity. Go out to the bookshop, or go online and search for your favorite authors or best-sellers. Get a book or three, read and get updated. This should not be limited to motivational books alone. You could decide to learn about what is new in the science world or any other related field. The important part is, state the books you are going to read, get them and start. This should include a clearly stated plan on how many chapters or pages to read daily before the week runs out.
4 What am I doing this week that takes me closer to achieving my long-term goal?
Before you even start out to think about weekly goals, you should have a bigger picture you are looking at – your long-term goal. From this, you carve out steps you will be taking weekly in order to reach that goal. Such steps are clearly stated here. Your long-term goal could be starting your own business or becoming a fashion designer, and then weekly goals could be, reading about entrepreneurship, attending seminars or enrolling in a fashion school.
5 How can I help a soul this week?
If you are living your life just for yourself, that is no way to live. You have to be concerned about others, which is why it is important that you throw out some positive energy and help a soul weekly. This could include buying lunch for someone, paying someone's fees, giving a listening ear, a shoulder to cry on, a hug, granting a birthday wish, feeding the hungry, helping the poor or something similar. It does not necessarily have to be something grand. As long as you can make someone smile with gratitude... then your work is done 💯
Weekly goals are very important and are vital steps to achieving that big goal you have in mind. Take these questions seriously, and make those dreams become a reality!
these indeed are lovely questions to ask oneself..but of all, i think the real question is; what am i going to do this week that would lead me closer to my goals..
